In sessions with me, you'll have space to be a full person, not just a diagnosis. You can talk about what feels difficult, what happened with your cat, or whatever else is on your mind. I’ll meet you with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for your choices while encouraging you to step outside your comfort zone when you’re ready. Feeling nervous about something new is normal—you may surprise yourself with what you can do. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, suicidality, bipolar disorder, autism, and PTSD.
