My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience as a client, which showed me the value of having someone walk alongside me as I gained insight and made meaningful changes. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and humor; I believe even difficult work can include moments of laughter and celebration. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self, and I’ll encourage you to recognize your strengths and progress. I also have experience treating anxiety, phobias, addiction, and depression.
