Why I became a therapist

I know what it's like to be overlooked or misunderstood, and I became a therapist to provide a space for others to be seen and heard. I'm a helper, and I just want to help people. I decided to specialize in OCD because I feel like it is misunderstood at times.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

Creating a safe and supportive environment is really important to me. I invite you to show up just as you are. I aim to provide a kind, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

New things can feel a little scary, and that's part of being human. ERP isn't about getting rid of your feelings or emotions—it's about changing your relationship with them, learning new ways of being with them, and navigating life. That can be life-changing.

The way I approach therapy

My style is collaborative and educational, but it's also empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental. It is an honor to be somebody's therapist, and I don't take that lightly.
