I've been in your shoes. I've gone through exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, and I bring a deep understanding of what it’s like and how it can feel. I’ll get to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms—so you feel seen, understood, and able to trust the process as we move into the hard parts together. My goal is to help you reconnect with your values and the life you want. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
