This is a space where you'll be seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward your goals. I listen first, ask questions when I don’t understand, and help make behavioral health concepts feel manageable and easy to understand. I also have experience treating major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and trauma, and working with BIPOC individuals.
