I believe therapy works best when you feel understood, respected, and not judged. I provide a space where we can sit with uncomfortable moments together, and you know you’re not alone. We'll break anything that seems overwhelming into smaller pieces and take the process step by step. I want you to know that you are powerful, you are strong, and we can work towards your goals as a team. I also have experience treating trauma and severe anxiety.

Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I love helping people, and I love seeing the growth in the people I work with. It is such an honor and a privilege to be part of that process and help people get to where they want to be. I don't take that lightly—it's an incredible experience for both of us.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

Creating a safe, supportive environment is essential. I provide a space that's completely non-judgmental, where we can sit together through moments that feel uncomfortable. I'll remind you that I'm human too. I'm not perfect either. Together, we'll face difficult moments, so you know you're not alone and that you're never being judged.

Why I specialize in OCD

Over the years, I've worked with many different people facing many different challenges, and I learned that you cannot talk your way out of OCD. I wanted to specialize in an approach that truly works—something I can rely on to help people make a meaningful difference in their lives.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

One of my favorite things about exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is that it's customized to each individual. Yes, there's a process, but we can break it down into small, manageable steps. If something feels overwhelming, we'll work through it together and make it feel more achievable. You won't have to do it alone.
