Together, we’ll explore your experiences, understand the patterns that have shaped you, and practice doing things differently without shame or judgment. My goals are to help you build enough courage and trust in yourself so you no longer need OCD's rules as much, and to foster authentic, meaningful relationships with yourself and the world around you. I also have experience treating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, psychotic conditions, and personality-related concerns.
