I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll meet you where you are in a space where you can feel safe, seen, and encouraged. I value celebrating wins and bringing humor into our work when it feels helpful. I also have experience treating anxiety-related conditions, trauma, PTSD, depression, self-esteem concerns, and communication and boundary-setting challenges.
