I’ve always been passionate about listening to and understanding people, helping them feel heard while creating meaningful change in their lives. I take an empathetic, non-judgmental approach to therapy, so you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences while we work together to manage your symptoms in a way that feels realistic. I understand that starting therapy can feel scary or uncertain, and I’ll guide you through the process with compassion and care. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety and depression.

Why I became a therapist and specialized in OCD
I've always been interested in listening to and understanding people, helping them feel heard, and creating change in their lives. Working with OCD feels especially meaningful to me because exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is such an effective treatment approach.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I create a safe place for my Members by approaching therapy with empathy and without judgment. I understand that OCD can feel distressing in many aspects of life, and I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences openly during our sessions.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
I understand the feeling of being unsure or even scared to start something new, but I'm here to help you. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is highly effective, and I'll walk you through the whole process to help you manage your symptoms more effectively.
What sets my therapeutic style apart
With the non-judgmental environment I create and the listening skills I bring into sessions, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood while we work together to manage your symptoms.
