I’ve always enjoyed helping people feel good about themselves and overcome challenges. My goal is to create a space where you can show up without hiding parts of yourself or feeling judged. I’ll spend time building trust so you feel safe, comfortable, and able to collaborate. To me, one of the greatest gifts of this work is getting to be with people as they are: their weirdness, flaws, strengths, and full selves. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, adjustment disorders, and phobias.
