I became a therapist because I really value helping people better understand themselves, build emotional regulation skills, and make meaningful behavior changes. My style is direct, structured, and encouraging. We'll work together in a collaborative, paced manner: I’ll gently challenge you as you face your fears, work toward your goals, and recognize your own strengths. My background includes working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, incarcerated, and recovering individuals. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties.
