My goal is to help you feel comfortable enough to do the uncomfortable work of therapy—because being challenged is what makes growth possible. My approach is not one-size-fits-all: I'll take time to learn who you are, identify what works best for you, and collaborate with you toward your goals. I'll be honest and provide a non-judgmental space where you can explore what you can't elsewhere. As a neurodivergent person, I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent Members. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with mood disorders and anxiety.
