I show up authentically in sessions, with warmth, honesty, and humor; I know how vulnerable it can feel to start therapy and share your life with someone new. I also have experience treating anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, depression, and ADHD, as well as working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
