My goal is to help you build a more loving, understanding, and non-judgmental relationship with yourself. OCD may feel big and strong, and it may tell you horrible things, but you are stronger. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I know it takes courage to enter therapy, meet someone new, and be vulnerable, and I will always honor that. This is a place where you'll be understood and never judged. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and divorce.
