I work to create a non-judgmental, comfortable space where you can explore your emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and recognize the strengths you carry every day. I value inclusivity and the cultural experiences that shape your journey. I also have experience treating anxiety, depressive disorders, and trauma; helping individuals navigate life adjustments; and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
