I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people face their fears, build confidence, and make meaningful changes in their lives. In sessions, I’m active, engaged, and collaborative; I believe therapy works best when we work together. My goal is to help you feel supported as you build skills, take on challenges, and move toward a fuller, more meaningful life. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and substance use disorder.
