I became a therapist because of my lived experience with mental health and my desire to help people understand that their struggles don't define them. I take an empathetic approach in sessions and will meet you where you are. This is a space where you can feel safe and be honest. We're here to help you reach your goals and live a life that feels more manageable. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, personality disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use, and autism, as well as working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
