Having a family member with OCD has made me passionate about helping people feel less alone. I feel fortunate to do this work. My approach is to create a warm, steady space where you feel accepted, empowered, and free as you work toward getting back to yourself. I understand how difficult doubt, uncertainty, and anxiety can feel. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and postpartum or perinatal mental health conditions.
