I’ll bring a genuine, authentic approach to our work and create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk openly about what feels difficult or scary, and I’ll meet you where you are as we find ways to help you move forward. My goal is to help you recognize your strength, work through obstacles, feel empowered, and live the best life you can. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.

Why I became a therapist

I became a therapist because I enjoy helping people reach their full potential. I enjoy helping people figure out ways to work through difficult things in life. Seeing people grow and become the best versions of themselves is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD

After working in the field for quite some time and working with a variety of people who have OCD, it became very important to me to learn more. I wanted to understand OCD more deeply and learn how I could help people who are living with it.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

One thing I can always promise is a safe, authentic, and genuine environment. It's important to me that you feel comfortable discussing the things you need to discuss without feeling judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being your authentic self and where your needs are fully supported.

My approach to therapy

It's important that you feel supported and empowered both during our therapy sessions and outside of them. I try to bring a genuinely authentic experience to every session. I bring my genuine self to therapy, and I invite you to bring yours, too.

Before starting ERP I was very hesitant about the whole program. Thoughts like do I even have OCD, there’s no way this could work, and even it’s just who I am I can’t change much about myself. But from what I can observe in these 1 hour sessions I have with Kesha is that I feel like she’s there to, figure out my triggers, tackle my ocd, and teach me about myself like a second pair of eyes. She’s very comedic and comfortable to be around when practicing ERP. I thought I was stuck but Kesha has showed me that I can get better 😁.
