My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. This is a non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and comfortable being your authentic self. I balance compassion with gentle accountability. I’ll meet you where you are and help you take meaningful steps forward as we work to understand and manage OCD symptoms. I find it rewarding to see people make progress and tackle challenges they once thought they couldn’t. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, trauma, and the experiences of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD
I've always been drawn to understanding, helping, and supporting people. I decided to specialize in OCD because I'm drawn to understanding those who feel trapped by intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. I'm also interested in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and how it can help break the OCD cycle and help Members regain their lives.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I create a safe space by listening without judgment, meeting you where you are, and allowing you to be your authentic self. I believe everyone should have a safe space to share what they want without feeling judged.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're hesitant, scared, or unsure about starting ERP, I want you to know that is common and understandable. You're trying something new, and that can be an adjustment. You may not come in feeling ready, but that's okay. One session at a time, one step at a time, we can work toward a place where intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors aren't controlling your daily life.
What makes my approach to therapy different
I balance compassion with gentle accountability. I want you to feel seen, heard, and empowered, and know that you can get through the discomfort that comes with OCD with the help of ERP.
