Reaching out can be an incredibly hard part of seeking help, so I want to commend you for taking that step. I balance fun and seriousness in sessions because I believe it’s valuable to find joy while working on hard things. Creativity can lead to meaningful change, so I make room for it, and I encourage you to bring your authentic self to our work together. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and hoarding disorder.

Why I became an OCD therapist

I became a therapist to help in the fight against the global mental health epidemic. OCD is a disorder I'm incredibly passionate about, and that's where I've chosen to channel my efforts. If you've reached out for help, I first want to commend you—that can be one of the hardest parts, and I'd love to be part of your journey toward recovery.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I like to balance both fun and seriousness in our sessions. I believe creativity can be one of the biggest drivers of meaningful change, and I encourage you to bring your most authentic self by creating a safe space where you can do exactly that.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

If you're feeling hesitant about exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, that makes total sense. Facing your fears can feel overwhelming at first. We'll explore where that fear is coming from, honor those feelings, and stay connected to why you're choosing this work. That's where meaningful change happens—and you can absolutely do hard things.

What makes therapy meaningful to me

The most rewarding part of being a therapist is seeing those big changes, even when they happen one small step at a time. Looking back and seeing how far you've come is incredibly rewarding. You're the one doing the hard work—I'm just grateful to be part of that journey.

Bailey has been absolutely amazing. When I found NOCD I was completely lost. Bailey has been so understanding and supportive throughout this journey and I could not ask for a better therapist. 10/10 RECOMMEND :)
