I’m calm, easy to talk with, and focused on meeting you where you are. I create a space where you can share the things that feel hard to say out loud, knowing you’ll be met without judgment. Together, we'll work through what's been keeping you stuck. I'll guide you as you face challenges, helping you feel more confident, more like yourself, and less controlled by what you're experiencing. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Why I became an OCD specialist
I became a therapist because I wanted to create a safe space where people could say the things they're thinking on the inside, but that are really hard to say out loud. As I worked with more people experiencing anxiety, I noticed many were also struggling with symptoms of OCD. Seeing how impactful the right treatment could be inspired me to specialize in OCD.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I create a space where you can feel safe and not judged, especially when you're sharing things that are difficult to talk about. I encourage openness and honesty, and I'll support you as you begin to face things that might feel challenging, so you can feel more confident being yourself.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's common to feel hesitant about starting something new, like exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, but you're not taking this on alone. We'll go at a pace that feels manageable, and over time, ERP can help you feel less controlled by your experiences.
The most rewarding part of treating OCD
I love seeing my Members become more confident in who they are and much less controlled by what they're going through. Even small shifts can make a huge difference, and being part of that process is incredibly meaningful to me.
