What if I told you that you could be your own superhero? Through exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, you'll live more fearlessly than you ever imagined. I'll act as your coach, not carrying you or forcing you. I'll help you adjust your stride and cheer you on when things get tough. Why I became an OCD therapist

Being a therapist means helping people reconnect with a healthy and fulfilled life. If OCD is creating a hurdle between you and the life you want to live, I'm here to be the helping hand that helps you move past that hurdle and get back to the joys of life.

My approach to therapy

Over the course of my career, I've worked with people from all different walks of life. What I've found is that people do best when they have practical skills and knowledge to overcome the challenges they're facing.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

The therapy space is the one room that we get to keep messy. You don't have to be sure of anything. You don't have to have all the answers. All you have to do is show up and let it all out. My hope is to create a space where you feel supported and safe enough to do exactly that.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is less like a sprint and more like a marathon. Your first job is to just show up. Your therapist acts as a coach—not carrying you or forcing you—but helping you slow your pace and adjust your stride. If things get rough, they'll keep cheering you on. Over time, you'll discover that your limits may be more flexible than you thought, and you'll find that you have the ability to go the distance.
