OCD can bring up a lot of shame, doubt, and fear. As your therapist, I’ll help you feel safe so you can open up about your struggles without feeling judged. I understand how overwhelming anxiety can be, and I know from personal experience that therapy can help. We’ll go at your pace—you won’t be rushed into anything—and focus on steady progress. Together, we’ll work toward the life you want as OCD fades into the background. I also have experience treating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

As your therapist, I will do my best to make you feel heard, seen, understood, and most importantly, not judged. OCD can bring up a lot of shame, doubt, and fear, so I'll create a space where you can really open up about your struggles without feeling judged. I'll also go at your pace so you don't feel rushed, and you can make progress little by little.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD

Throughout the years, I've realized how much OCD can really take over someone's life and make life difficult, and at times even debilitating. I also know that with the right treatment, such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, people can manage OCD, get back to their normal selves, and live life to the fullest.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

It's completely normal and understandable to have hesitation around starting therapy. OCD and anxiety make uncertainty feel scary, so those feelings are expected. I'll do my best to create a space where we can pace sessions in a way that feels manageable, so you don't feel pushed into anything you're not ready for. I encourage you to give it a try because it is possible to get back to the life that you want.

The most rewarding part of treating OCD

Seeing people go from being unable to live the life they want because of fear to being fully immersed in it is incredibly rewarding.
