I became a therapist because I enjoy connecting with people, normalizing their experiences, and helping them build skills to face challenges. In sessions, I aim to create an open, non-judgmental space built on trust, respect, and collaboration. You are the expert on yourself, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable as you learn to move through life in ways that feel meaningful to you. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism, and ADHD.

Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because I like connecting with people and helping normalize a person's experience in the world. I enjoy helping people develop skills to overcome challenges they may face. I decided to specialize in OCD because I could see how limiting it can be to a person's life experience, and it's rewarding to help people engage in ways that feel more meaningful to them.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
In sessions, I aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible by approaching therapy in an open, nonjudgmental way, so we can build a relationship based on trust and respect. The process is collaborative. You're the expert in you and knowing what you feel comfortable and ready for, so you're in charge of deciding each step of the process with me.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're considering exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy but feeling hesitant, scared, or unsure, that's a normal response to starting something new. ERP is collaborative, and you're in the driver's seat each step of the way. I'll help guide you through the process, but you'll always have a say in what feels comfortable and manageable for you.
What makes my therapeutic style unique
My therapeutic approach to OCD is empathetic and collaborative. I will work with you to create a structured approach to address your symptoms and build greater confidence in your skills, so you can overcome challenges and live your life the way you want.
