For me, this work is personal. I grew up with symmetry OCD long before I understood why I felt the need to make everything just right. I know what it's like to be trapped in those loops, feeling like your mind is speaking a language no one else understands. You are the expert on your life, and I’ll work with you collaboratively, at a pace that is challenging but manageable. I love seeing people go from feeling trapped to standing tall. I also have experience treating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, postpartum depression, and autism.
