I know anxiety and OCD can be challenging, and I want you to feel understood, heard, and less alone. I bring warmth, humor, openness, and understanding to an affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. We’ll work together one step at a time, finding what helps you move forward and celebrating wins along the way. I also have experience treating eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. I’m passionate about inclusive care and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health
I was diagnosed with anxiety at a pretty young age, and that experience shaped both my life and my career. I wanted to become a therapist because of my own experiences with anxiety and my desire to help others. Through my clinical work, I also came to understand how challenging OCD can be, and I decided to specialize in it because I want people to feel understood, heard, and supported.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
Creating a safe, supportive, and affirming environment is one of my highest priorities. I know how vulnerable it can feel to share personal struggles, especially if you're new to therapy or if you've had a difficult experience in the past. I want you to feel at ease, supported, and understood. And because we're doing hard things together, I also like to bring a little humor into therapy when it feels appropriate.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're thinking about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I want to commend you for taking that next step. If you're feeling hesitant or unsure, we can work through those feelings together. We'll take it one step at a time and move at a pace that works for you while continuing to make meaningful progress.
What I love most about this work
I love celebrating wins with my Members, whether it's making progress between sessions, recognizing a breakthrough, or realizing that something we talked about helped during a difficult moment. I also love building relationships with my Members, supporting them through the ups and downs, and finding moments of laughter even as we work hard together.
