It can be easy to accept the small sliver of life OCD says you deserve. But you deserve so much more—to learn what it feels like to thrive. This is a non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing and walking through what you're dealing with, knowing you'll have my support. I bring honesty and authenticity to our work: I understand how difficult anxiety can feel, and I’ll be there to help you keep moving forward. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating addiction, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and schizophrenia.

What shaped my path to becoming a therapist
I decided to become a therapist because of an experience I had as a child; I wanted to help a friend learn what it means to not just survive, but to thrive. That's something I'm really drawn to in my work—helping people move beyond just getting by and into a place where they can truly grow.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
One of my core beliefs is that no matter what an individual has gone through or done, they still have value and worth. That's something I bring into every session. I create a non-judgmental space where my Members can feel free and comfortable sharing and walking through whatever they're dealing with, knowing they'll have my support.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want to help you reach further than you may have thought you could and gain a sense of confidence in who you are as a person.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
OCD and anxiety don't have to win. You deserve so much more than the small sliver of life that OCD might try to tell you that you deserve. You deserve to learn what it looks like to not just survive, but to thrive.
