I specialize in OCD treatment because my own experience with generalized anxiety disorder gives me a deep appreciation for those who struggle with uncertainty. We all face those feelings, and I'm passionate about supporting those who find them overwhelming. My therapeutic style is calm and grounded, especially during difficult moments. I'll work alongside you to build confidence through safe, manageable steps and move toward a more fulfilling life. I often work with the LGBTQIA+ community, and I have experience with how OCD overlaps with PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and major depression.
