I specialize in OCD treatment because my own experience with generalized anxiety disorder gives me a deep appreciation for those who struggle with uncertainty. We all face those feelings, and I'm passionate about supporting those who find them overwhelming. My therapeutic style is calm and grounded, especially during difficult moments. I'll work alongside you to build confidence through safe, manageable steps and move toward a more fulfilling life. I often work with the LGBTQIA+ community, and I have experience with how OCD overlaps with PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and major depression.

Why I became a therapist
I became a therapist because of my own struggles with mental health and recognizing the need for support from a therapist. I saw the impact that support can have, especially during difficult times. I decided to specialize in OCD because of my own experiences with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and the struggles that can come with uncertainty. I want to be there to help others facing the same challenges.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard throughout our sessions. I show up authentically, and as we get to know each other, my hope is that therapy feels welcoming, non-judgmental, and comfortable enough for you to be yourself.
What helps me connect with my Members
One thing that sets my approach apart is my calm nature, especially during stressful situations. After spending much of my career in higher levels of care and providing crisis intervention, I've learned how to stay present and grounded when things feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel supported, no matter what challenges you're facing.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
It's very common to feel hesitant or unsure about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. Part of my role is helping you understand how this treatment can guide you through your struggles. We can start small, move at a manageable pace, and build your confidence as you learn to confront your fears.
Why our members love working with Kevin

Good experienceKevin has been a true blessing in my life!! In the short time weve worked together I’ve already been noticing changes and feeling better. I can see how ERP will be effective long term, which is such a relief and makes me motivated to keep up with my therapy and homework. Kevin is very supportive and kind and I feel safe telling him anything. It is also so nice to have a therapist who validates and understands OCD deeply. I wasn’t sure about going to a male therapist (only because I never have) but I’m glad I did. He is awesome!! I am so thankful for Kevin and NOCD. I wish my previous therapists pushed me towards NOCD years ago.
