I'll bring empathy and a collaborative approach to our sessions, working with you to take an active role in treatment while I support and challenge you along the way. It’s incredibly rewarding to see NOCD Members make changes that help them reconnect with what matters most in their lives, whether that’s relationships, goals, or new opportunities. I also treat anxiety, depression, pre- and postpartum anxiety and depression, and chronic illness.
