I’ve always found meaning in being present with people and supporting them through life’s challenges. I will meet you where you are, offering patience, active listening, and a calm, grounded presence as we work through experiences that may feel scary or overwhelming. It’s important that you feel comfortable showing up as yourself, and I’ll do the same. I love seeing Members rediscover their strength and confidence. In addition to OCD, I treat depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, and autism.
