Together, we’ll identify intrusive thoughts and urges, rate their intensity, and build a personalized hierarchy of exercises designed to reduce their hold. I understand how vulnerable starting therapy can feel, and I will meet you with respect, dignity, and acceptance. You can become more confident, calm, self-directed, and emotionally strong. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and grief.
