Living with anxiety and intrusive thoughts can feel overwhelming and isolating, and I know firsthand how difficult that can be. This is a non-judgmental space where nothing feels too strange or embarrassing to say out loud. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship so you feel safe, understood, and empowered to be yourself. You are capable of doing things that might seem impossible right now. In addition to OCD, I treat generalized anxiety and social anxiety. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism.
