As your OCD therapist, I'll help you learn practical tools and coping skills to support meaningful change. I have a supportive, warm, and compassionate style. I'm very curious and ask a lot of questions, so I hope you'll be open and honest with me. I value open communication and invite your honesty and feedback—I really want to know what you think and feel. In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety, depression, and grief, and I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and immigrant communities.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

Struggling with anxiety and depression in the past has helped me understand how people feel coming to therapy and connect with them on that level. I have been in their position, and that helps me go at their pace.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I like to create a safe space by letting you know that you are welcome to share any and every experience—no topics are off-limits. My Members have told me that I have a warm, down-to-earth, yet direct tone that helps them feel very at ease and able to be transparent and open.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want you to leave feeling empowered—knowing that you have the tools to overcome your OCD challenges. Seeing you set your goals and meet your goals is incredibly important to me.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy may feel a little unsure or uncertain, and that is a normal feeling. As your therapist, I'll walk you through that process and help ease some of those uncertainties. You can always ask questions along the way, and we'll go through the journey together.
