Growing up, I saw how stigma and silence around mental health could leave people feeling isolated and misunderstood. That's why I'm passionate about making therapy an accepting, affirming space where you can show up unapologetically as yourself. I lead with empathy, collaboration, and humor, creating room for even the most difficult conversations. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing my Members discover possibilities they never imagined and regain confidence in themselves. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
