In OCD therapy, our goals and our plan are always collaborative. We'll work on things we've developed together that truly reflect your goals. We'll find a balance between pushing forward and taking the time to approach things more carefully. It's hard work, but it's nowhere near as hard as the work of living with OCD on a daily basis. The fastest way to the other side of something hard is through it. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating depression, generalized anxiety, specific phobias, and PTSD.
