Therapy is always better when it's open, transparent, and collaborative. I really lean into collaboration; this is you and me against OCD. During sessions, I strive to create a space that feels comfortable and welcoming. Members tell me I have a calm demeanor, which helps make things a bit easier. I always aim to stay open-minded and non-judgmental, especially when working with OCD. I want you to feel comfortable discussing any topic. In addition to OCD, I also have experience treating depression, anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and specific phobias.

Good experience

Andrew is always helpful and understanding, yet ready to laugh with you at the bizarre twists OCD can throw at us. I am learning so much and am thrilled to be here.

Good experience

When I started NOCD, I wasn’t hopeful that it would help me. I wasn’t in a good headspace. Now i’ve been working with my therapist for about 4 months and I can truly see a difference. I have a lot to work on and long ways to go, but my OCD is now under my control. My therapist truly listens, gives feedback, and congratulates the wins. My therapist took time to listen about my history and my daily life. The program and the work truly help. Thank you.
