I'm an OCD therapist because I know people personally with this diagnosis and it's an honor to be of guidance and support as people work to overcome their symptoms. I'm a kind, patient, and curious therapist. I show up as my full, authentic self, and I hope you'll do the same. We'll get down to business, but I love humor, so we can laugh it up when appropriate. Ultimately, I'm your encourager, here to support you through this process. I love when Members share something they've never told anyone before; it's a real testament that this is a safe space. I'm a trauma-informed clinician with a background in psychogenic pain treatment. I've also helped folks with generalized and social anxiety.

Been working with Sue Guerrero since around May. Most therapy types have not worked so far for treating my ocd and bfrbs. I had tried talk therapy, cbt, and more. The stricter approach with erp and slowly building up tolerance with the exposures and working up to more stressful ones, has definitely paid off. I have a long way to go and success is not always linear, but I have definitely gotten more comfortable sitting with discomfort and uncertainty.

Every session I get challenged and walk away feeling more hope that I can figure this out.
