Everyone faces emotional discomfort at times. Learning to handle that discomfort can help you reach your long-term goals. When you're living with OCD, exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can help you change your relationship to discomfort in a way that opens up new possibilities. This process is yours, and you have as much say in our sessions as I do. I will be there to support and guide you as you make choices that feel right for your life. My background is in education, with a focus on family therapy, mood disorders, and ADHD.
