From our very first session, my goal is to help you feel truly seen, heard, and respected just as you are. I work hard to create a space that's warm, collaborative, and free of judgment, where you can bring your whole self—the fears, doubts, and strengths—and know they'll be met with compassion and understanding. Together, we'll take things one step at a time, building trust and confidence as you learn to face your fears and reconnect with what matters most. In addition to OCD, I also treat generalized anxiety, specific phobias, trauma, and depression.
