I became a therapist after overcoming trauma and anxiety myself. That journey taught me resilience, and fueled my passion for helping others find hope and healing. My approach to OCD therapy begins with listening. I create a warm, supportive environment where I can get to know you and clearly explain the process. I'll support you every step of the way. You can break free from OCD and start living with more freedom and hope. My other focus areas include trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and sleep disorders.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

My approach to therapy has been shaped by a close friend of mine who struggles with OCD. Seeing someone I care about go through that experience has given me more compassion and patience when working with people navigating OCD. It also reminds me that everyone has a different path in life, and that part of my role is simply to walk alongside Members as they discover who they are.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I create a warm and safe environment by being nonjudgmental, asking questions out of genuine curiosity, and wanting to truly know each Member's story. My Members have shared that I am supportive and encouraging, and that they feel understood because I approach our work together with empathy and without judgment.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want my Members to see that they are resilient and capable of overcoming hard things. The fact that you are reaching out for help is already a step in the right direction.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is the most effective treatment for OCD. It can help you regain your confidence and reclaim parts of your life that OCD may have taken from you. I approach this work with empathy, curiosity, and a calming presence.
