I became a therapist because I believe change is possible, and I specialize in OCD because I’ve seen how powerful treatment can be. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy doesn’t just manage symptoms, it helps people reclaim their lives. In our work together, you can expect compassion, understanding, and practical tools to help you move toward freedom and relief. We'll work at a pace that feels manageable, and I'll support you every step of the way. Besides OCD, my focus areas include chronic pain and illness, anxiety, and insomnia.

Why I chose to specialize in treating OCD
I've worked with many people who have OCD, and I've been really impressed with how well exposure and response prevention (ERP) works in treating it. Seeing the progress people can make is what led me to specialize in OCD.
How my background shapes my approach to therapy
I've lived in many different places—growing up in Alabama, going to school in DC and Cleveland, living in Seattle, and now Honolulu. I also studied abroad in Kenya. Living in different places has allowed me to meet people from many backgrounds and learn about different cultures and ways people live their lives.
How I create a supportive environment in therapy
I understand it's not easy to come to therapy. It can be really difficult to talk about painful things or what you're going through. But when people can share their inner world and realize they won't be judged, it can feel really powerful. Many of my Members experience profound relief when they're able to open up and recognize they're supported.
What I want to help you see in yourself
I want people to feel like they're living their lives to their full potential—not playing small, but really able to meet the goals they want for themselves. With the right support, that kind of progress is possible.
