I’ve worked in the mental health field for many years, supporting people of all ages with challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, and bipolar disorder. Over time, I noticed how often OCD appeared in my work and began focusing my training on exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. I’ve seen how powerful ERP can be in helping people reduce symptoms and regain confidence. In our sessions, I will meet you where you are, offering safety, compassion, and guidance as you work toward your goals.
