I’ve worked in the mental health field for many years, supporting people of all ages with challenges like anxiety, trauma, depression, and bipolar disorder. Over time, I began to notice how often OCD appeared in my work, so I started focusing my training on exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. I’ve seen how powerful ERP can be in helping people reduce symptoms and regain confidence. In our sessions, I will meet you where you are, offering safety, compassion, and guidance as you work toward your goals.

Good experienceToday’s session could not come soon enough. So grateful for therapist, Amy, her compassion and kindness have gotten me through so many hurdles and conquering multiple areas that OCD has taken and tried to control my daily life. Working through challenges and watching them dissipate is the best reward and I would not have been able to do any of this without her knowledgeable talents and expertise.
