OCD is really good at stealing freedom and community from people, but exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can help you get that back. I bring openness, empathy, creativity, and family work into therapy sessions. I create an open space where you're free to be your authentic self. Through that, I see people regain things they’ve lost and do things they didn’t think they could. As a queer therapist, I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I am neurodivergent affirming, have a background in play therapy, and focus on depression, anxiety, PTSD, and generational trauma.

Why our members love working with Jamie
S.L.
I felt listened to and supported. I felt embarrassed to share an intrusive thought that I was having and Jamie responded with such compassion and care. I am grateful to have such a wonderful therapist to support me on my journey of learning more about my OCD diagnosis and providing me with tools that I can put into my toolbox. 🙂 Immensely grateful!

Jamie is SUCH an amazing therapist! she is kind, and has a way of listening that makes me feel respected and understood. Coming to NOCD and accepting my OCD was a very scary process for me. I began talking to Jaimie and she has provided me a lot of insight and support. ❤️
