My personal journey of recovery from trauma allows me to offer therapy from both based on my clinical training and my lived experience of overcoming. I focus on OCD treatment because exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy offers an effective path to healing. Hope is real, and it's closer than you may think. Together, we can build a strong therapeutic relationship and work at your pace toward finding freedom, strength, and lasting change. In addition to OCD therapy, I also support people dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, family issues, and addiction.
