From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others, influenced by my lifelong struggles with anxiety. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy through an improv program helped me overcome panic attacks—and now I perform on stage regularly. That experience showed me how powerful ERP therapy can be. As your therapist, my goal is to equip you with lifelong tools to manage OCD. I will guide you, step by step, toward lasting freedom and confidence. I also specialize in social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, depression, and anger management.

Why our members love working with Paul
J.J.
When I first found NOCD at the end of 2025, my OCD was debilitating. I could not go to the grocery store alone, I was loosing sleep because I was convinced that my doors and windows were not locked and something bad would happen if I didn’t check every hour during the night, and I felt like I could not trust my own eyes or judgement because my brain constantly convinced me I was wrong. Paul has been my therapist through my entire journey and he has helped me get my life back - I now have the tools and methods I need to conquer my compulsions and work through my anxiety, rather than avoid it or give in to the compulsions. I would recommend NOCD (and my therapist Paul) to anyone who feels they are stuck in the endless OCD cycle and is looking to manage this and get their life back; it will get better, I promise!
