My approach to OCD treatment is person-centered: I am interested in you as a person first, then your OCD. I know life can be complicated and that people might have more than one mental health concern. Whatever those concerns are, I'm ready to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be—with empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I'm grateful for the opportunity to support you. In addition to OCD therapy, I also work with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
