My approach to OCD therapy is collaborative, structured, and warm. I recognize that OCD rarely exists in isolation: A person's background, culture, and life story are important. When working with someone on their OCD, I pay attention to how shame, trauma, or identity struggles might reinforce the cycle. I create space for you to understand yourself and feel seen, and I bring honesty, curiosity, and a good sense of humor to the process. In addition to OCD, I help people manage anxiety, perfectionism, health-related stress, life transitions, and identity development.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

I've helped many people through anxiety and depression, including family members. I've also traveled quite a bit throughout my life and lived among different cultures. Seeing how people live and the struggles they face as a community really shaped me and made me who I am as a therapist today.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I let my Members know that our sessions are safe and judgment-free. I know it can seem difficult to ask for help, so I'll remind you that this is a way of showing up for yourself. My Members have told me that they feel I truly care and that they don't feel judged, which means a lot to me because that's exactly the space I want to create.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want you to see that you're stronger than they think and that you already have the tools to succeed. In OCD therapy, there's often a moment where the light bulb goes off—when the skills you're learning finally click—and that's one of the most rewarding things to witness.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

It's okay to feel unsure about something you're not familiar with. Starting something new can feel scary. There's strong, evidence-based research showing how effective this therapy can be, and you're not alone in the process. We'll take things one step at a time, building trust along the way.
