I became a therapist because I wanted to better understand mental health struggles and be present for those in pain, including my own family. I believe therapy is about meeting people where they are, building trust, and creating awareness that leads to healing and growth. In our sessions, I'll guide you with empathy and compassion, offering tools for real, lasting change. It's important to me that you feel comfortable and can voice any concerns you might have. In addition to OCD therapy, I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, and PTSD using evidence-based approaches.

OCD therapy is so much different than the “regular” or talk therapy I’ve done in the past… in the most uncomfortable but also effective ways possible. My therapist has guided me towards understanding the root fear behind my compulsions and she’s been a steady hand beside me as we start confronting triggers and practicing exposures. I was terrified to start ERP because I knew it would be hard. But she has assured me we will start with the easier exposures first and work our way up, going at my pace. This has made ERP much more “doable” and increased my confidence that OCD won’t rule my life forever.
